Can I order online?

Not currently, as our customers needs are so diverse we feel that the best way to deliver a product or service that meets your demands is to open a conversation with you. This way we can better gauge what you need and can advise the best option for your requirements. Simply visit our contact us page to get the ball rolling.

Do you deliver?

Yes we can, we have the ability to deliver anything from small parcels to large scale signage. There is usually a small delivery fee associated but as we don’t use a courier service we can sometimes provide a free service if you are in the local area. Just let us know your delivery requirements and we’ll see what we can do.

I’m struggling to get to you during opening hours, do you open later or on weekends?

We are guaranteed to be open between 8am - 4pm weekdays however we are often open later than this and frequently work weekends. If you see cars outside and the lights are on please try the door and if open come on in.

You can also book a meeting with us outside of the usual working hours. Simply fill out the from at the base of this page and we can arrange a date to meet.

I live quite far away and don’t have the time to travel to you, can you meet at my location?

Yes we can arrange to meet you wherever works best for you. We may be limited to the times this is possible so please get in touch in advance and have a few time & date options in mind.

This service is also applicable to call outs to measure your work space or area.

Do you offer installation?

Yes we can provide installation of your items however depending on the product we sometimes suggest self installation. This helps to lower your costs and can cut time as installs need to be booked in and there is a chance of a wait for an open slot.

Certain products like window graphics will have to be done by us as they can be tricky to get right without experience. Again, the best option is to let us know what you need and we can work out a plan of action.

Will I get a proof of my order before it’s printed?

Yes for the vast majority of orders we will send a mock up of the design for you to proof to make sure you are happy with everything before it is sent to production. For simple, easy to interpret design we do not send mock ups as standard however one can be supplied for any order upon request.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment including debit / credit card, cash, cheques, bank transfers and can also take payment over the phone.

We do not currently offer credit terms to new customers however exceptions can be made in certain circumstances. Get in touch to learn more on our payment terms.

Are there any additional fees that will be added on?

All costs are made aware to you before you place the order that way there are no hidden fees some other companies add on. We will show you up front how much production, design and delivery (if applicable) will cost so you will never pay more than you thought.

Do I need to pay up front / pay a deposit?

Yes and no, for small scale jobs we can accept payment on collection however for the larger scale jobs like signage and vehicle graphics we do require a deposit before beginning production.

If you have the ability to pay up front for your order in full this will ensure no delay in production and will be appreciated.

Why are there no prices on the website?

As our customers requirements are so diverse and bespoke it is hard to put a standard price on things. We will always do our best to work to customers budgets and can sometimes offer solutions they may not have thought of which is why we believe it is best to get in touch and we can help you from there.

Yes we are, our VAT number is GB 162141837.
